BriberyProcrastinationIf you’re stuck in an endless cycle of “I’ll do it tomorrow” and never doing it in the end, you should probably schedule it beforehand. Scientific studies have shown writing something you plan on doing down rather than making a mental note of it, gives you a higher chance of actually doing said task. Writing it down in your planner is a good place, seeing as you drag it around with you and flip it open every so often. It also gives you an idea of how busy you will be during the week, and how often you will have to revise in order to remember all the material needed before your test. Chin Up!Being optimistic about something tends to make it pass by quicker, so if you just pretend you love studying for a little while, then you may actually come to enjoy it and want to do it again out of your own free will! The FutureWhat do you want to see yourself in the future? Getting into the university you wanted, getting your dream job, buying that house you’ve always dreamed of or starting a family of your own? You wont be able to get into your dream university if you keep on staring at your paper and just hoping the words will diffuse into your brain, you have to put effort into it, and with hard work comes great reward, so stop reading this and get to it!
These are all the tips we have to offer you, and we hope they help you, or at least give you a vague idea of what you should do to motivate yourself into revising. By Louise Sorrado and Ellie Rogers
